bongani the security at the gate was really good. His personal greetings and ability to remember guests by name. i also really appreciated the gym access and found the room perfectly spacious. Interior decor IS on-point.
The room, while still lovely and comfortable, was not quite what i had wanted or expected. This. the towels could also be softer.

The hotel's decoration was lovely. I was so impressed by the attention to detail! there was a sleep menu, from which you could order your preferred pillow type. returning each day reminded me of such a treat, it made the days even more wonderful. i greatly appreciated how central it was with really good service.
i found the full room carpeting unnecessary. rugs would be a preferable alternative. since it's not always cold here, a lighter approach to the room design could be considered, i guess

I found this place quiet and very exclusive. I secure hotel here. the power was sufficient. the service was excellent. Every need i had was promptly addressed, and it enhanced my experience.
The need for carpeting throughout the entire room seemed excessive. Rugs would have been a lighter, more practical alternative. It felt a little out of place considering the climate.

Breakfast featured freshly squeezed juices and custom egg preparations. i requested oats and the chef accommodated me. dinner included soup, pizza, and pasta. Each dish was prepared with great care.
