Really good Stay!
helpful staff quiet area delicious breakfast
The staff was really fantastic! i loved kimi at reception. She was always ready to help! the hotel is in a quiet spot, so i got good sleep. the complimentary breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options. I especially liked the variety of western food.
The location wasn't super central. It required a bit of a walk to the mrt.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. All equipment was well maintained. the swimming pool area includes twenty loungers. Guests could find shade under a designated section near the poolside bar.

The hotel is located a short distance from the railway station. Travel to shenzhen and hong kong is convenient. nearby, aeon mall offers various shops, restaurants, and a large supermarket. It is perfect for any needed items.

rail connections luggage storage aeon mall chinese channels rain shower usb ports
The hotel is located near the east railway station. Rail connections to Shenzhen are convenient. The aeon mall is nearby.. it features many shops. I used luggage storage. This service was helpful when I went to another city for a few days.
The tv offered only chinese channels. I wished there was a wider selection. I found that the rain shower was too close to the wall. There were no usb ports in the room. This was less convenient for charging my devices.

separate sinks fast service
The room featured two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was included in the bathroom. I appreciated the fast room service. Fresh linen was provided daily.
The front desk was busy causing a slight delay at check-in. This occurred due to many guests checking in simultaneously.
