Inconsistent Experience at This Location

The staff was attentive at the restaurant and the food was of acceptable quality.
The room windows could not be opened at all. The air conditioning barely functioned. It only circulated existing air. Changing rooms was not an option and this caused considerable discomfort.

the staff was attentive! ms. monica and mr john were particularly helpful in the restaurant. the food was tasty and i found many choices. the location provided a calm atmosphere close to the city.
the room's sofa was not very comfortable.

The swimming pool was beautiful. The staff were helpful.
The breakfast service was really slow. Refilling coffee and fruit took too long. Sometimes it took five minutes. the coffee machine did not work. I think it needed repair. some details let the place down.

i found the grounds really peaceful despite the city noises outside. large trees provided ample shade (just what i needed), and i enjoyed cycling around with bikes borrowed from the hotel. it was also nice to see the short cultural show they have at 8pm. i learned the hotel has classes for locals to learn silambam, and they have the show to showcase their learning.
the hotel is lovely, calm, and cute with well kept grounds. i noticed the reception staff was not very well organized, though there were plenty of them. i arrived before my room was ready, so i went for lunch. as i didn't have my room number, it seemed to confuse the serving staff.

rude stafflocked workout room
I was quite frustrated with some aspects of my stay. the bar service was shockingly bad. The staff seemed rude and unhelpful. getting towels at the pool was a constant struggle, and the workout room remained locked despite repeated requests. also, the room had no natural light. It was impossible to see out of the windows. it really impacted my overall experience.

a decent stay
carved woodworkwide food rangefaulty appliancepoor reception
the carved woodwork made A GREAT impression. the restaurant and cafe were modern. service was good there. the food had a wide range.
the plugs did not work properly ESPECIALLY the one in the bathroom. internet reception was poor. i was not impressed by that room.
