The food hall offered great variety and delicious options I enjoyed it a lot. The staff were always helpful. The brewery being nearby was a definite plus offering more dining and entertainment choices. The room decor created such a nice and peaceful feeling.

The heater control was inside the couch this wasn't intuitive. I would have appreciated clearer directions upon arrival.

I found the restaurants on the lobby level very good. i thought the fish and chips were fantastic. the food hall offered various options, which i appreciated. there was also a grocery store next door. Very convenient.

I must say, my experience wasn't entirely what i hoped for. there was a distinct smell in the bathroom. It lingered and detracted from the overall experience. this persisted despite my attempts to air out the space, quite disappointing. also, i noticed housekeeping wasn't included unless requested, and this felt a little unusual for the price point, i think.

Really good Hotel Experience

The food hall provides many tasty choices with a great bar near the lobby. The hotel has hiking trails right out the back door. I could even see geysers from my room (an unexpected bonus!).

The noise levels were high due to its location in a parking lot strip mall. People partied until late, and I had to keep the windows open as there was no AC. Sleeping became difficult with constant motorbike noise and yelling.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable bedding. I liked the convenience of the on-site food hall (it had many choices). The hotel's northern lights WhatsApp group alerted me to viewings.

The hotel photos online made it seem larger than it actually is.
