underwhelming stay

kids' club constant noise

honestly, i wasn't blown away. the advertised kids' club? more like a ghost town. and simple requests? forget about it. asking for extra towels seemed like pulling teeth. the junior suite was okay, but definitely overpriced. plus, the constant noise at night? good luck getting any sleep.

excellent hotel experience

friendly staff asian restaurant perfect breakfast

the staff was friendly and nice. they always made effort to ensure everything was good. the asian restaurant at the hotel had great food and good service. the breakfast was perfect with many choices.

the room had some issues. there was loud noise at night with music blasting across the resort from sundown to midnight i found it hard to sleep.
