Amazing Experience
helpful staff perfect location great service
The staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Everything was super clean. The location offers a perfect lake view I especially appreciated the great service, including breakfast delivered right to my room. It made for such a treat.
I found that paying extra to use the spa facilities was a little inconvenient. I feel this amenity should be included, given the hotel's five-star rating. My expectations were a little higher.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Staff
warm welcome positive energy delicious snacks detail attention
Mauro provided a great and warm welcome. The whole team radiates positive energy. Aperitivo delivered to the room included well-presented snacks. The staff paid thoughtful attention to detail from the start of my stay to the very end.
Using the spa facilities cost extra, even though the hotel is a five-star hotel, this should have been included.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. They accommodated all requests and provided information on local transport. The team delivered drinks to me, it was a nice gesture.

The hotel is located secluded on a hill side. It has a quiet, tranquil setting. Access from the highway is easy. The local lido provided a fine treat, reception made passes available.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It included amenities for making tea and coffee. A minibar was also present in the room. The room design was very stylish, I liked it.

Breakfast offered a great variety of choices in both quality and quantity. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed the food very much. The chef accommodated all my allergies very well.
