The personnel was attentive , which i appreciated. I received a bottle of prosecco in my room as a birthday gift. The breakfast included tasty options and polite waiters. I especially enjoyed the beautiful garden area. Free parking was a definite plus.

I found the placement of the bathtub in the sitting area of the suite unusual. This arrangement impacted the functionality, especially in relation to the terrace access. It required going downstairs to use the sink after showering.

i found the staff very friendly and accomodating. i Loved THE variety of restaurant options available and the view at breakfast was fine. it overlooks the bay of naples towards vesuvius. it was a true five star experience, i would come again.

the room we stayed in had a tub only and did not include a shower. it was positively ridiculous for a five star hotel. i would avoid rooms lacking a shower. the repeated packing became less than ideal.

my beautiful double room sea view was a large room WITH a great view. it featured a very big balcony. the air conditioning worked perfectly , always keeping the room at a perfect temperature.

the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to a nearby town. the staff at the reception desk are very courteous. i was welcomed with a hospitality drink upon arrival. the cleaning service was also perfect, always leaving the room super clean.
