lovely stay!
separate sinks rainfall shower private terrace
the room was a superior double room patio. it had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was a delight. the room included a private terrace, perfect for enjoying a bottle of local wine in the evening.
the in-room minibar was not restocked daily.

breakfast had many options and the restaurant prepared a short-notice dietary requirement so well. wine tasting in the evening with a set meal was wonderful. the staff was attentive, catering to every need, and the food was AMAZING!!!

the location had views of mount vesuvius and was very relaxing. the hotel is an oasis with fruit trees and vegetables. it was an easy fifteen minute walk to the city center.

big pool fine view stale food awful food
i liked the big pool area very much. it has a fine view to the vesuvius. the showers near the pool are nicely designed and are a bonus for a nice holiday. i also appreciated that they took care of getting me a taxi from the train station.
the breakfast was very basic. it was the worst i have had in years! the food seemed stale AND awful.

small bathroom uncomfortable mattress
the staff spoke english quite well which was helpful
the room felt uninspired and the bed was really not comfortable i think the mattress in room 104 needs replacing the bathroom was also rather small for the price i paid i expected better

The winery setting created a really calm environment. I enjoyed the spacious room. It had a nice patio area. Ample parking was available, convenient since I had a car. The pool was a great feature.

The breakfast requires improvement. Juices seemed like syrup. I find the limited Italian options disappointing. The room turned cold when the key card was removed, which controlled all power. This resulted in an uncomfortably cold room upon return.

the pool was a welcome sight after a day of exploring. the staff always had smiles and helpful tips. i loved the on-site restaurant that showcased local flavors.
the bathroom was a bit smaller than i hoped for it. the breakfast options felt somewhat limited. the noise from nearby events sometimes disturbed my quiet time.

fantastic stay with winery experience
helpful staff clean pool many options
the staff was kind and helpful. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the pool area it was well maintained. the breakfast offered many choices i especially enjoyed the orange juice.
the absence of bottled water in the room was a small inconvenience considering the overall price.
