Mixed Experience, Some Issues

warm room impolite staff

My room felt too warm upon arrival, and it took a long time to cool down. The breakfast order was misplaced, which resulted in a rather lengthy delay during breakfast. I thought the staff attitude varied. They occasionally seemed a bit impolite. I expected better, considering the cost.

decorated room clean shower room good mattress

the room was nicely decorated. the shower room was newly fitted and clean. the bed mattress and pillows were good (i slept soundly).

the room reminded me of a sauna upon arrival and was difficult to cool down.

rude staff long wait

the staff seemed rude at times. the breakfast order was completely lost, so i waited quite a while. it was a very long wait. the room was very hot upon arrival and was hard to cool down. apply, twice.
