I experienced efficient service and a clean environment at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful addressing every request. The hotel's shuttle service to universal studios was the main reason i booked this hotel.

The way the balcony door opens and closes is a little awkward but it's manageable.

I stayed during my first trip with my three kids. i couldn't have asked for a better experience! i love that they have a text messaging system. it. another convenient perk was the laundry room. They offer free detergent!

the pool bar was a little disappointing, and a few drinks we wanted, they had run out of! the food in the pool area is quite limited but serves its purpose. the front yard restaurant is nice but again quite limited in options.

The grounds looked immaculate. The lobby, bar, patio, and swim area all seemed inviting. The staff were generally helpful. The trolley to Universal proved a useful amenity.

I found the pool bar disappointing. They ran out of several drinks. The food selection at the pool area seemed limited. Pool area service was poor. I experienced a long wait for the check.
