The valet staff always provided prompt and careful service. Amy's kindness stood out. Eddie, Matt, Aidan, and Adrian consistently delivered excellent service at the front. The hotel location allowed easy exploration of the area, I could walk to most attractions.
The gym equipment showed some wear and tear.

The pool area included a hot tub. It added A lovely touch. Breakfast could be purchased at Fig restaurant. It offered delicious options. The lobby provided sitting areas.

The hotel is near the pier. I could easily walk there. The hotel is also close to 3rd street promenade. It was convenient for shopping. There were many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The valet staff provided very efficient service, especially Edwin. The team handled my car with care. I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere was very friendly. I am a member and satisfied with the service.
The bar below the room played music loudly until late at night. This caused some disturbance.
