lovely central stay!

central location friendly service clean room

this hotel is in a superb central location. the staff offered very prompt and friendly service. the room was ready and clean on arrival, which i appreciated after a long journey (the welcome tea was a nice touch!).

the lift required navigating a few steps, which could be a little tricky with heavy luggage.

the superior king room included crisp linen and a large tv for entertainment. a rainwater shower and coffee machine were also available for my use. the room size was generous and had all the comforts needed.

the hotel offers easy access to the bus system, with a stop right outside. the airport shuttle was easy to arrange directly through the hotel. i found it convenient, as pick-up was right at the door.

breakfast was à la carte, presenting well-prepared dishes. i liked the coffee and pastries available. the breakfast service had a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for starting the day.

The location is superb, right near the city center. The building shows luxury, it is beautiful. Valet service was convenient. Check-in was quick, the staff were efficient.

The lift was sometimes unavailable for overnight use, i did not like this.

The rooms have comfy beds and super clean bathrooms, GREAT. Rooms include a Nespresso coffee machine with new capsules. The room was clean and fresh, I found nice amenities.

the restaurant prepared fabulous food. i found the guest services attentive.
