The garden flowers were fine. the food tasted great next to the fireplace. the staff were excellent. Their service was commendable! i plan to return soon.

the tv in my room was really old. it was hard to get a proper picture on it.

The food stood out to me especially the lamb ragout and lamb rump for dinner. the fresh cheese scones, french toast, and vegetables were also a highlight for breakfast. i spent time on the chesterfield couches by the fire. It was a cozy treat. the ski field car park was only 2km away from the premises.

The water pressure in the shower was low. Water dribbled out, and the temperature kept changing to ice cold even when taps were untouched.

the site provided access to alpine resort. the drive to wanaka was approximately 20 minutes. the hotel is close to a ski field car park, just 2 km away.

The room included a comfy bed. It made sleeping easy. a warm fire was already going in the room upon arrival, though one side of the bed did not have a bedside cabinet. the garden flowers adorned the entire hotel.
