adequate stay overall
historical building helpful staff stained carpet towel shortage
The historical building was interesting. It had great architecture. the staff provided helpful guidance regarding local activities. parking at the private garage was also super easy.
I had to ask for more towels. We were only given one towel for two people on the third day. the carpet had many stains, and this was disappointing to see.

i enjoyed a very spacious room. the hotel offered parking. i found complimentary pastries in reception? it was nice.
the noise from a party outside our room continued until 1 pm!

sized room spacious hotel internal parking dust problem smart tv empty cosmetics
the hotel has a good sized room. this space is located in a lovely spacious hotel. there is parking in the basement that's internally accessible (very helpful if it rains).
i found a lot of dust everywhere. the smart tv option was not working and i did not receive help once i reported it at the reception. cosmetics in the shower were empty.

large spaces lunch reservation
the parking garage has large spaces. staff booked a lunch reservation for me. i found this service very helpful. the porter took my bags directly to my room during check-in.
the shower over the bath was difficult to use. the shower was not thermostatically controlled.

The staff were very helpful with local tips. Parking at the private garage was very easy and convenient. I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. It's was a really super clean place.
The smart TV option didn't work. We reported it at the reception and didn't receive help. That was too bad.

The hotel is situated very close to main areas of the city. I found that the park is near, along with high-end shopping. Delicious food options are also easily accessible for hotel guests.
