dirty bath mat broken shower bar
The swimming pool was a nice amenity at the hotel.
My room was not as clean as I expected. I found hair on the bed sheets, and the bath mat was dirty. a shower bar broke and fell. This was a safety concern that the hotel did not adequately address.

helpful staff local sites
the staff was very friendly and helpful arranging a driver for us to visit several local sites. the driver then took us through the hai van pass to another city. the hotel is near atms and many small coffee shops.
the tv had limited channel options perhaps including netflix would enhance the evening entertainment.

The location is very convenient I found it easy to visit many attractions. The breakfast included a variety of options I found many choices to suit my tastes.
The sinks in the room were inconvenient I had trouble washing my hands. The plug did not function well water drained slowly.
