The wedding planner was both helpful and professional. She made my family's day nice at my daughter's wedding. The package included everything needed for a casual occasion.

The bars closed quite early. I paid extra for preferred access intended for adults only, but everything shut down prematurely. I was unable to play music by the pool, even when no other entertainment was available (a strange restriction, I thought).

The room was clean. It had everything I needed . The pool area was large. I found plenty of space for relaxation even with many children around.

The road leading to the hotel had many potholes. This made every outing a bit of a chore. The beach was unusable . There was a massive accumulation of seaweed.

I found the resort app very helpful. i could see daily activities, shows, and restaurant details. the waterslides were a big hit with my kids. We loved the kids' pool area. the explorers club was excellent. The staff were very kind and attentive.

The air conditioning became warm during the second week of my stay. it made the room uncomfortable and sleep difficult. fresh towels weren't always readily available. I had to call for this service a couple of times.
