Excellent service and clean facilities
spacious room friendly service
i stayed in a junior suite partial ocean view for several nights the room was spacious the cleaning staff maintained high standards. i particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful service at the quiet main pool bar ricardo the bartender checked on me every day ensuring i had everything i needed. i also enjoyed the excellent views throughout the resort

The rooms are modern and spacious. The bathroom included a built-in bluetooth speaker.
The food was disappointing. The buffet food was consistently cold. Some dishes like salmon were undercooked even when placed on a burner not turned on.

Was pretty good!
beautiful grounds attentive concierges
The grounds were beautifully maintained, including the pools and common areas. The concierges were very attentive and friendly, ready to assist with anything. I found this, their attitude really enhanced the relaxed vibe.
I felt a slight difference in the service quality depending on whether a tip was given or not. This occurred with the regular employees.

The pools remained open for twenty-four hours and were clean. The hotel includes detailed landscaping , it created a relaxing setting.

The suite was spacious and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. I found everything very clean and the mini-bar was fully stocked daily.

The breakfast buffet featured varied options including fresh juice and fruit. I especially enjoyed the sushi restaurant , it had really good service.

The staff was friendly and I received excellent attention. I want to specially thank the lobby bar mixologist , this man was very efficient.

inconsistent information limited options
the resort grounds were well maintained and presented many beautiful areas for walking.
I was disappointed by the lack of clear information regarding the serenity club access. It seemed inconsistent (i seemed like i was constantly asking about what i could use). the restaurants also had limited chicken dishes, focusing mainly on meat and seafood, which left few alternatives for someone who doesn't eat either (it was a problem for me).

delicious food attentive service
the food at every restaurant tasted delicious. the staff were excellent and provided attentive service. the hotel grounds were very well kept. areas to walk around offered beautiful scenery.
minor updates on the room interior are necessary. i believe that small improvements would enhance the stay. these changes would further elevate the guest experience.

five restaurants provide plenty of dining options. i enjoyed the large variety of foods. the Serenity Club breakfast at Tahani restaurant and the Mexican restaurant became favorites for me. the meals were delicious at every venue.

the resort features beautiful views from every angle. i could see the ocean from the pool area. walking around the resort revealed ocean and mangrove beauty. the location offered peace and quiet despite being at capacity.

fantastic stay at haven
large closet tepanyaki grill beautiful grounds
i found the room spacious with a large closet. the tepanyaki grill was a great experience (i really enjoyed the preparation!). the grounds had lots of plants and palm trees.
