I stayed in the family room annex. it had everything i needed, bright, beautifully clean, and air con. the little fridge was great. I could chill water. the pools were nice, too!!!

The grounds were spacious with TWO pools. I found MANY flowers and free parking for cars. Breakfast was tasty, and it had variety. The front desk staff were polite. Towels and linens were clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The wifi worked great, too.
The restaurant was the only disappointment. The food lacked flavor, and service seemed disorganized. I was charged incorrectly for a menu and a bottle of wine I did NOT order.

The front desk STAFF provided polite service, and luggage assistance to upper-floor rooms was AVAILABLE. The grounds were maintained, and cleaning service ensured clean towels and linens throughout MY stay.

The grounds looked alright, I walked around and noticed a lot of flowers. A large, free car park was available.
The breakfast coffee was quite bad. It came from a machine. The cheese supplement looked like it came directly from supermarket packets. TV didn't work initially. Reception had to come and fix it.

a fab STAY indeed
excellent foodgreat servicelovely countryside
i thoroughly enjoyed the two pools. there is one for adults and one for families. the on-site restaurant has really good food plus great service i think. parking was abundant and easy i found. the countryside is LOVELY too.
my tv did not work initially. reception had to fix the problem i think.
