Underwhelming Experience

The location was acceptable, being quite central.
The service was not up to par. I had issues with the breakfast I paid for not being correctly recorded, and I was denied access initially (an error that was later confirmed). No apology or offer of compensation was extended, and instead, I received excuses. I found this unprofessional for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
