Fantastic beachfront experience

beachfront location amazing massages helpful staff friendly service

The location is great, right on the beach. The breakfast had a good choice of items. The spa center offered amazing massages (really the best part!). The staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I enjoyed the omelet station where chefs prepared custom omelets to order. The outdoor seating area provided beautiful views of the sea while eating. It was a pleasure.

the spa area included amazing treatments. the balinese staff provided great massages. i found the restaurant interior very cool, with amazing food i adored. the restaurant became a nightclub with international djs.

i waited a long time for my room. it was the most expensive room in the hotel. the room cleaning was not consistent. the minibar charge at checkout was incorrect, inflating the price by about 30 euros.

fresh juice beach location slow service loud music

the breakfast was good. i enjoyed the fresh-pressed orange juice and the variety of options offered. the location on the beach was also a plus. it provided easy access to the sea.

the staff was not always attentive. i had to wait quite a while to order more drinks at the rooftop club. the music from the rooftop club was very loud from 10 pm to 2 am. it made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Acceptable, but some drawbacks.

constant traffic noise disinterested staff

I found some aspects less than stellar. The noise level was a real issue. Music from a nearby club continued until late, and this made sleep difficult. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. I am doubtful that I return.
