The pool offered needed shade during the hot afternoons. The beach was a short walk, though some traffic was there. The pier was nice for sitting by the water. The staff was friendly, specifically Ms. Yana provided support. I found her help with transfers and communication very really good. The staff were gentle with our needs.

The staff was attentive to any minor issues I encountered. They resolved everything quickly and professionally. The hotel is clean, and the service is of a high standard. The food and drinks were all great. Many options were available. The live music nights provided good entertainment. I especially enjoyed the Tuesday performance.

The gym's air conditioning was not working correctly and some machines were broken. This caused some discomfort during my workouts.
