Fantastic Stay!

The location was super! Parking nearby was well priced! The complimentary happy hour each evening felt generous! This hotel had awesome restaurants within walking distance. I'd totally come back again for that reason. Staff facilitated an early check in, it was very easy! The room was clean and modern and a great size! Housekeeping did a great job.
The air conditioning made noise that bothered me! The street noise also was a bit annoying. It was out of the hotel's control, I know.

My room featured very comfy beds and the rooms were kept super clean daily thanks to great housekeeping! The location of this hotel also felt amazing for theatre, so convenient for catching shows. Everything looked beautifully appointed. the presentation of the rooms was fantastic.

The staff proved beyond helpful and kind. They were always accommodating to every request I had. I appreciated that the hotel facilitated an early check in. The check in process felt both easy and quick. I especially appreciated having my bags taken straight to my room.

The hotel offers complimentary umbrellas upon request, perfect for rainy days! The cafe downstairs serves great coffee, which I certainly enjoyed each morning. I also was able to leave my bags after checkout. I could use the downstairs amenities way after checking out, a bonus!

The location was great, near trams and restaurants. The staff seemed friendly.
My room was not what I expected. The noise from the street kept me awake almost every night. I also didn't receive the king-sized bed I booked. Instead, I got a smaller double bed in a disabled room. This was disappointing since parking cost extra.

i liked the location near theatres. it was close to transport too. the staff was friendly and i found the bed very comfortable. attention to detail really stood out to me.

The staff provided excellent service. I found them very friendly and efficient. The location offered easy access to public transport (which was really convenient).
The pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. I also noted minimal water pressure in the shower.

The location was good. It had lots of food choices around the hotel.
The air conditioning was noisy! It sounded like a car engine running all night. I could not sleep well because of it. The drain also had an unpleasant odor.
