solid stay near the u-bahn

the location was ideal , directly by the u-bahn station for easy access to munich. my room was quiet , allowing for restful sleep after long days. i found the staff helpful with directions and information about local transportation. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room , especially the well kept bathroom.
i noticed some wear and tear on the hallway carpets.

the location is just WOW because it's close to the U-Bahn station. the route directly goes to Marienplatz. the staff seemed helpfull and ready to answer any questions. i will come again for SURE.
the shower water was not very HOT. there was no proper door to the shower in the bathroom. all the water goes out, and its is NOT comfortable.

The sound protection was great. I did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms or early morning delivery vans. a bakery opens very early during the work week right in front of the hotel. i found a kebab shop and a noodle place across the road open from lunchtime. They were very convenient.
I found the absence of slippers in the room to be an inconvenience. also, the floor cleanliness could improve. It was not perfectly clean.

The U6 train was directly outside, providing easy access to Munich and a quick taxi ride to the airport. Our room was always clean and tidy. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and cute. I found the location ideal for accessing both the city and the airport.
The bar service could be improved. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order.
