I enjoyed the access to the private beach area. there were comfortable loungers and umbrellas available for shade. The water was very clear! the breakfast buffet included many options. i liked the fresh fruit and pastries available each morning.
the live music was quite loud in the evenings. it was hard to relax in my room before 11pm, though, the spa treatments were expensive. i found them overpriced compared to similar services elsewhere.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues
poor soundproofingstrict towel policy
The soundproofing was an issue. i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, difficult to relax. the food options were also not great? the carbonara was inconsistent and the vegetarian dishes were often disappointing, i thought. plus, the hotel has a strict towel policy. Guests only get two towels for the spa every three days! what a joke.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items and tasted good.
the shower in my room flooded each time i used it. a wedding next door played loud music late into the night and i did not sleep well. the temperature in my room was too hot and the thermostat did not work.

serene and immaculate stay

I appreciated the well-kept gardens. the sea was clean and inviting. I spent a good time swimming. the staff were attentive. i also found the food delicious. there was a good selection of options, and everything tasted fresh.
the music at night continued until quite late. this, even with the windows closed.

the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. they were very professional and kind. they addressed my needs promptly and with a smile, very. reassuring and positive. the reception staff were always available.

the hotel has direct beach access. the beach is sandy, and the water is shallow, ideal for swimming. the area is also very quiet. it offered a peaceful and relaxing environment, and i liked the green areas.
