I found the hotel to have a great, central location. It was easy to walk to everything. My room was spacious and modern. The included breakfast offered many options.

The rooftop bar was disappointing. I was told snacks weren't available with drinks because the season had not yet opened.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it is just steps from the palace. The staff outlined all the main attractions on a map for me. The hotel is within WALKING distance of everything while remaining private.

the room was spacious i appreciated the comfortable bed after long days. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options there were delicious pastries and fresh fruit.

the rooftop bar was closed this was disappointing. i also noticed there was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival this felt unusual.

The breakfast buffet was very nice with so many choices! i especially liked the fresh pastries. the hotel allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, super convenient. i really appreciated the rooftop bar. The views were wonderful from the pool there!

the rooftop bar did not offer any snacks with drinks , even though i expected it at a hotel of this level. the water bottles in the room were not complimentary and not replaced daily , that was unexpected. there was some noise from the street , , made sleeping a little difficult

the breakfast had a huge selection it was very nice i appreciated the central location only a short walk to the port our room was large and they cleaned it every day

there was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival when i called the front desk they said each bottle would be 15 euro also a wine glass i broke was not replaced
