the location was acceptable.

the rooftop bar was not what i expected (it was closed). i was informed that i could not get any snacks with drinks because the season was not open yet, not a good thing for an hotel of this level. also, a wine glass broke in my room and it was not replaced.

the room was spacious i appreciated the comfortable bed after long days. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options there were delicious pastries and fresh fruit.

the rooftop bar was closed this was disappointing. i also noticed there was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival this felt unusual.

fantastic stay!

The breakfast buffet was very nice with so many choices! i especially liked the fresh pastries. the hotel allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, super convenient. i really appreciated the rooftop bar. The views were wonderful from the pool there!

our beautiful double or twin room was spacious and clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly, which i needed . the hotel provided comfortable mattress and pillows, allowing me to sleep well.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They really were really good! i received a personal welcome letter, a nice touch. bed turn-down service was also provided each evening, (a real luxury!).

The hotel's location is excellent. it is steps from the main attractions in the city (everything is so close!). i could easily walk everywhere i wanted to go. This made exploring very easy.

the hotel provides a well-equipped fitness room. i enjoyed the sauna and the separate spa area to unwind. the rooftop pool area is wonderful for relaxation and to enjoy amazing views of the surrounding area.

helpful staff large bathroom lovely decor limited snack no free water seasonal issue

the hotel staff were quite helpful. they readily assisted when i needed directions. the room featured a large bathroom. it also had lovely décor.

the rooftop bar lacked options. snacks were unavailable due to the season. water bottles were not complimentary. they were also not replaced .

the superior double room city view was great. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices , i especially liked the fresh pastries. the staff was very polite and helpful , they assisted me with directions and recommendations.

the rooftop bar did not offer any snacks with drinks , even though i expected it at a hotel of this level. the water bottles in the room were not complimentary and not replaced daily , that was unexpected. there was some noise from the street , , made sleeping a little difficult

huge selection central location complimentary water front desk

the breakfast had a huge selection it was very nice i appreciated the central location only a short walk to the port our room was large and they cleaned it every day

there was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival when i called the front desk they said each bottle would be 15 euro also a wine glass i broke was not replaced
