the cigarette smoke was a major issue. it permeated everything from the lobby to the elevators. my room often smelled as if someone had been smoking inside despite no smoking signs being present. the ventilation system seemed to carry the odor throughout the hotel.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. i especially liked adam, who greeted us warmly upon our arrival. emil provided excellent customer service and helpful advice. i also appreciated damla from guest relations keeping in touch with us.

the front desk told us we couldn't use the air conditioning because it was winter. the room was hot, and they didn't have a fan. they suggested we leave our door open to get some air. sleeping with the door open felt unsafe.

The staff at breakfast were efficient and courteous. Engin at reception welcomed us with a smile and made check-in easy. Handen, the guest relations lady, helped us with restaurant recommendations. She was always available to assist .

The air conditioning wasn't adjustable. The room temperature was consistently high.

I really enjoyed the clean and well-equipped rooms. The rooftop pool area was amazing. I found it relaxing. I also appreciated the friendly bar staff. They made my evenings great.

The valet parking was slow upon my arrival. I waited longer than expected to retrieve my car. This was frustrating after a long journey.
