the hotel's proximity to the arena was very convenient. i found the staff to be quite helpful . i appreciated the early check-in option i was granted.

my room was not cleaned, and the wet towels were not replaced. garbage also remained uncollected. breakfast was cleared out early one morning at 9:40, before the 9:30 closing time.
