lovely experience

i found the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and it felt good knowing there were healthy choices available i appreciated that the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any questions i had. kery especially stood out with her really good kindness . she provided great suggestions for local places to visit and dine at making my trip more enjoyable

the air conditioning in the room did not seem to function as expected and i was unable to open the window. this made it difficult to regulate the temperature and keep the room as comfortable as i would have liked.

the hotel has a gym where guests can exercise with treadmills and stationary bikes and a sauna for relaxation it also has a business center open around the clock who need to work. tea and coffee are provided in the lobby

the standard king room included a comfortable king-size bed fresh linens were provided daily and the room also featured a modern bathroom. the room had effective blackout curtains and an iron with an ironing board and there was a convenient luggage rack.

i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and found it quite satisfactory. the breakfast had a lot of options available, it was a very good start to the day! the hotel is near the metro, it makes going into the city easy.

the air conditioning in the room didn't work very well! the temperature felt quite warm and stuffy. i also noticed there was no mini bar in my room

The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed a great view from the seventh floor through the large windows. The beds and pillows provided excellent comfort, and the bathroom was a good size. I found the kitchen corner useful. It included a sink, refrigerator, and kettle.

The air conditioning in the room did not seem to work correctly. The temperature control had little effect, and the room felt stuffy. It was difficult to get a restful night's sleep because of this.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of options, including salmon with dill and fresh vegetables. There were also meatballs, assorted cheeses, meats, smoothies, compote, and fresh fruits available. I found the selection very satisfying.

The hotel is located a short walk from the metro station. It provides easy access to the city center. An on-site restaurant offers decent food at reasonable prices for dinner. This was very convenient after a long day.

mediocre stay, some issues with cleanliness

questionable stainssubpar cleanliness

I wasn't thrilled with the bathroom. i found some hairs that definitely weren't mine. plus, there were some questionable stains on the towels. I wasn't sure what they were. honestly, the cleanliness was subpar for what i expected. this affected my overall view of the place, and it's something i hope they address, because the experience was not pleasant at all!!!

the breakfast had plenty of choice. it was something for everyone.

the room air conditioning was poor. the temperature indicator showed 22c. lowering the temperature didn't make any difference. i couldn't sleep well at night and woke up a couple of times feeling sweaty.
