attentive staff food allergies turndown service shabby decor worn furniture poor towels

the staff was very attentive. they handled my partner's food allergies well. the twice daily turndown service was also a nice touch.

the decor looked a bit shabby. the furniture seemed worn. the towels were of poor quality (not what i expected).

attentive staff delicious food effective allergy handling

The staff displayed very nice attentiveness. the chef prepared amazing food. they addressed my partner's food allergies effectively. we also used their laundry service. It worked well.

the beach adjacent to the hotel is not suitable for swimming.

staff kindness perfect view amazing food

the staffs kindness makes every moment special. our room, a double room balcony sea view, gives us perfect views. the food is amazing and it. we just loved being so close to the beach, the sea sings its lullaby.

the way to pay was long and we waited too much. it was not so nice.

attentive detail lovely touch smooth laundry service food allergies

the staff were attentive to detail! twice-daily turndown service was a lovely touch. i also used their laundry service, and it went off without a hitch. my partner has a couple of food allergies and they handled them well, and remembered them throughout my stay!

The beach access was direct, but it wasn't really suitable for sunbathing. It was a bit rocky.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

shabby decor poor quality towels

The location was fantastic. It was right on the beach.

The decor was shabby, and the furniture seemed worn. Our room was near a seating area and the door was thin. There was no privacy because of the walkway right outside our window. the towels were of poor quality.
