Amazing Stay in Water Bungalow

amazing bungalow snorkeling activities high quality service

The water bungalow was amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures. The snorkeling activities were out of this world. The staff was very warm, and the food and service matched the high quality of the hotel.

I really hope they consider adding a stargazing activity at night with telescopes. This would be a great success.

Reasonable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

attentive staff helpful staff relaxing environment worn towels dull vibe constant upselling

I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. They were friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I thought the facilities were worth the price. The environment was relaxing and very quiet.

I found that the cleanliness needed improvement. The towels seemed old and worn. The resort felt a bit dull, and lacked character. There was constant pressure to purchase additional services.

pure paradise!

platinum bungalow daily snorkeling trips friendly staff

i'm so thrilled i chose this resort! the platinum beach bungalow was fantastic, exactly as advertised. the included snorkeling trips were a blast, i went twice a day! i especially loved that the staff was friendly and helpful with everything i needed.

the speedboat trip to the resort was quite long and bumpy. i wasn't told how long it would take, and the weather made it even more intense. it would be nice to have that information beforehand!

the resort has lovely turquoise waters and beautiful beaches. it offers a tranquil escape with its serene, calm environment and ensures relaxation away from the hustle of crowded places. it's a ideal spot!

The food selection offered a good variety and different themes each day (i especially loved the curry night!). the salad bar featured fresh ingredients. Anjeli made fantastic salads. the waiter layaan was attentive and did a great job.

the pool bar was great with the all-inclusive option. the resort provided snorkeling trips twice a day, allowing exploration of nearby areas. there was a tap outside the room to clean off sand.
