i found the service pretty bad. there was no greeting upon arrival, and no one gave us instructions about the check-in process. one staff member at the water sports center was rude, shocking.

poor buggy servicenonexistent turn down
I felt the buggy service was really bad. calling for one felt pointless. We waited forever and often just walked. the turn-down service was non existent. beds weren't touched, and there weren't any of those little extras you expect from what is supposed to be a high end place.
