bad service rude staff
i found the service pretty bad. there was no greeting upon arrival, and no one gave us instructions about the check-in process. one staff member at the water sports center was rude, shocking.

i was really let down by my stay. buggy drivers seemed UNaccommodating. my mother had difficulty walking, and they did not offer assistance. the breakfast selection lacked variety, and there were limited options.

mixed Feelings at this Resort
poor buggy service nonexistent turn down
I felt the buggy service was really bad. calling for one felt pointless. We waited forever and often just walked. the turn-down service was non existent. beds weren't touched, and there weren't any of those little extras you expect from what is supposed to be a high end place.
