musty smelllimited breakfast

the room had a persistent musty smell, i think the air conditioning was to blame. it made it hard to relax in the evenings. also, the breakfast buffet was quite limited. there weren't many options that catered to different dietary needs. i really wish there was more variety.

the staff were genuinely kind. they sang happy birthday to my sister and gave her a delicious cake. the hotel location is unbeatable, it is quiet but central to cafes and restaurants. the beach is a short walk away.

i did notice the bathroom had somewhat little light, but it was not a big deal.

the beautiful double room i stayed in was spacious. the bed was comfortable. the room was very clean and it looked new. i had no issues with the room .

the hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. the chef came out to ask for feedback regarding food, which i thought was a nice touch. the restaurant food was delicious and i enjoyed every meal i had.

Tropical Charm Is Real

The staff gives such a warm welcome. They have smiles and genuine kindness. We extended our visit for three nights because of their nice attention. This hotel is modern with two swimming pools. It is not crowded with only 38 rooms? The hotel contacted the shop and even shared CCTV footage, showing my wife did collect the item. I know, do not tell her, but she is a bit scattered.

The hotel location is on a street is quiet, near good restaurants. The room was also quiet so we have a good night's sleep during our travels around Bali.

The staff were AMAZING! They proved friendly and sociable. The hotel feels very fresh. The balcony overlooking the pool was great and service was super.

The hotel is new but a few things are just impractical.
