Balanced Stay at the Hotel

delicious food climbing wall miserable staff dated hotel

The food in the dining room was abundant and delicious. I found something for everyone. The complimentary pony rides for kids and the climbing wall were also a great treat.

The staff did not smile much. It was rare to get a hello from staff walking by. The hotel is dated. I think all areas need a major revamp.
