the proximity is great because i walked from the airport. the room was very clean and quite spacious. the bathroom included a soaking tub, and i had a tv in the mirror, fancy!

the breakfast service was a little slow that morning.

my room offered a king bed. marble bathroom fixtures. there was a tv installed inside the mirror, and the room offered enough space to relax after the journey. i have definitely enjoyed it.

my restaurant visit was great because of the attentive staff. Andile, Phili, Mosa, Tumi, Nhlahla, Tumi, and Wanda at the morning shift on December 9, 2025, gave the BEST service EVER. The gym has a good view of the runways. The staff demonstrated efficiency and friendliness.

the staff was helpful and efficient. the room was comfortable and had a sense of luxury (i liked the decor).

i contacted the hotel for assistance with our flight details, but the meet and greet went to the wrong arrivals. clarity is needed regarding the all-day menu hours at quills.
