mixed feelings about this hotel

room size slow service

I was disappointed by the room size. It felt cramped and not at all like the photos online. additionally the staff at breakfast seemed overwhelmed. Service was slow and disorganized on several mornings i noticed. the beach also had a significant amount of sargassum. It detracted from the overall experience

the breakfast service felt disorganized, i think. staff seemed overwhelmed. my room felt small and dark also. sargassum seaweed on the beach bothered me, it wasn't pretty.
