the hotel location was good. it was slightly out of the main town, but taxis were affordable for getting there. the breakfast from fuego was delicious (i loved the pancakes!). aldo helped us book taxis and restaurants.

the rooftop pool was sometimes dirty. i noticed dead flies.

The staff were amazing and helpful, definitely a plus.

The room smelled of sewage the entire time, so they sent someone to pour something down the drain, but it did not fix the issue.

The food at the restaurant was really good. i especially liked the pizza and lobster roll. also, the staff members were super nice and helpful. They were always available to assist with any requests i had.

i found the hotel was not in the best location on the island. it was a bit far from the town, and the beach area did not have much of a beach. the beach that existed was covered in seaweed and was not kept clean.

the staff, especially denise at reception, was very lovely. i also liked that they serve good margaritas by the beach. it was nice they had a dj playing at sunset, the music was good.

My room did not have a closed bottle of water. the soap dispenser was broken. only two coffee capsules were included. This wasn't sufficient.

the hotel boasts a lovely design. the rooftop bar offered amazing sunset views! we enjoyed our comfortable bed. the breakfast from fuego was amazing!!!

the hotel features two swimming pools to cool off in. the rooftop bar provides fine views and is quite quiet. it is near the sea and designed with shipping containers offering big rooms.

the staff was very professional and accommodating. the food at both restaurants was great and offered a lot of choice. facilities were really good and very well kept, especially the beach area. (i especially liked how clean everything was).
