fantastic suite and central location

i had a two-bedroom suite with spacious, clean bedrooms and two bathrooms the sitting and dining room included a desk and separate kitchen it also featured a wide-screen tv the balcony offered an external door and there was a storage room for luggage. the kitchen was equipped with a double-door fridge a microwave oven and stove with a dishwasher cooking utensils and a nescafe machine with replenished pods. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i found their service efficient. the high-rise views added to the experience.
i found the lack of a guest bathroom in the reception area slightly inconvenient as it is a very small reception area.

the two-bedroom suite offered ample space it includes two separate bedrooms a living room a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for a family. both bedrooms were well kept and clean.

the hotel is centrally located within walking distance of several downtown attractions and it is very close to transit stops there is a grocery store directly across the street providing easy access to groceries. many restaurants are in the surrounding area.

Really good Suite Experience

The hotel is centrally located near local attractions and dining spots. Nightingale, Blue Water, and Botanist are within walking distance. A supermarket is conveniently located across the street from the hotel. Indigo bookstore is also nearby. The suite includes a well-stocked kitchen and ample living space.

The Two-Bedroom Suite provides ample space, a king bed in one room and twin beds in the other. The beds offer really good comfort, and daily cleaning keeps everything immaculate. A study with a pc is included.

The staff members are VERY friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. Their attentiveness ensured a smooth stay. They explained all the hotel services well. They are very professional and kind.

While there isn't a hotel restaurant, numerous dining options are nearby. A supermarket across the street allows for easy grocery shopping. A nespresso machine is also available in the room.

perfect stay in a central location

i found the location to be great, it was central to downtown. the room i stayed in was generously sized. reception staff were very friendly. the beds were comfy.
the hotel should provide paper towels in the kitchens. smart tvs in all rooms would improve the stay. the shampoo and conditioner need an upgrade. i found the pillows uncomfortable.

while the hotel does not have its own restaurant, i observed many eateries and shops nearby. a food mart and starbucks are conveniently located across the street. this made getting breakfast quick and simple.

the gym is really small so i did not get to do a full workout. also, the staff was not too helpful when i asked for restaurant recommendations.

uncomfortable bedsunlight gap
The bed wasn't very comfortable, it made noises with every movement. sharing the bed with my partner was a challenge. also, the blinds let too much sunlight into the room. It shined right in my face. the bathtub was too steep, it felt dangerous to get in and out.
