mixed feelings about this stay

constant noise poor food

jackhammering started early each day and made relaxing in the room or by the pool impossible. the breakfast included with the club level room was also disappointing. The food quality was just not good. i won't be returning anytime soon, due to the noise issues and poor food quality.

an iconic hotel with service concerns

unique architecture clean place great location constant noise disruptive experience

the architecture is quite unique, it. the place was clean and well taken care of. i found the location awesome because it's a short walk to chapultepec park.

jack-hammering was constant and it made it impossible to relax in the room. they didn't seem to care about how disruptive it was.

slow service limited dining options

the location near chapultepec park was acceptable.

I found the service slow. Check-in took an excessive amount of time because only two or three employees staffed the large front desk. the excessively loud housekeeping staff frequently yelled to each other in the hallways. They ignored guests seeking a quiet environment, this was very unprofessional. the dining options were limited. The food quality did not meet expectations considering the city's reputation for excellent restaurants.
