Decent stay with notable issues
slow elevators missed cleaning
The hotel location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to several attractions.
The elevators were slow. I found waiting for an elevator frustrating, especially during peak hours. Housekeeping also missed cleaning my room one day, even after I placed the service request sign (i was disappointed).

A VERY satisfactory Stay!!!

The location was a GREAT asset. I walked to many landmarks. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The gym included a sauna, which I used EVERY day.

the location was acceptable for getting around the city.
the room wasn't very clean, and there were some maintenance issues. a dirty glass from room service stayed in the room for five nights. both telephones in my room were broken.

inadequate soundproofing amplified music
the breakfast was surprisingly decent, with a good selection of items.
The noise from a street carnival kept me awake all night. I found the inadequate soundproofing frustrating, and staff did not address the issue. it was difficult to sleep

excellent hotel stay
helpful staff great steak
the room was clean, and the location suited my needs! the staff was very hospitable and helpful. i enjoyed a great steak at sonora grill, located on the premises.
the front desk was inflexible when i needed to cancel my last day early. i had informed them at check-in, but they declined despite my request exceeding their 72-hour cancellation policy. this inflexibility caused a minor inconvenience during my departure.

The room offered a great size with everything a guest might need. It included comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. the cleanliness was commendable with attention to detail visible throughout the space. the room's layout maximized space.
