The hotel location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to several attractions.
Housekeeping also missed cleaning my room one day, even after I placed the service request sign (i was disappointed).

The noise from a street carnival kept me awake all night. I found the inadequate soundproofing frustrating, and staff did not address the issue. it was difficult to sleep

The location was CENTRAL I found. It was very convenient to get around. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The air conditioning did NOT keep the room cold enough. The windows did not open either.

the room was clean, and the location suited my needs! the staff was very hospitable and helpful. i enjoyed a great steak at sonora grill, located on the premises.
the front desk was inflexible when i needed to cancel my last day early. i had informed them at check-in, but they declined despite my request exceeding their 72-hour cancellation policy. this inflexibility caused a minor inconvenience during my departure.
