problem with the room

the breakfast offered a decent variety.

The room i was assigned had a major flaw. the window faced a solid fence, essentially blocking any view, and it got loud because of some equipment outside. I was quite frustrated.

Check-in was quick. the breakfast buffet had many options, and everything tasted fresh. i also liked the tv. It had channels in many languages. the staff was friendly and gave me helpful information about local attractions.

the gym could use a few more free weights. it is a minor issue, really.

The staff was helpful and cute, it was great. i found my room super comfortable with amazingly comfy beds. I also enjoyed the lovely breakfast buffet. There was a large variety of options! i highly recommend this hotel, it was a great experience.

I had a minor issue! the air conditioning in my initial room was not effective. I reported it! however, the management quickly changed my room, and the new room's ac worked perfectly.

I found the location to be excellent, near the river with pleasant walking paths. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods, with some delicious Serbian options.
