This hotel looks exactly like the pictures! It is very clean. The views are wonderful. The staff did everything so well. I felt good and had a nice stay. I would gladly come back anytime.

The food was not good. It had no flavor at all. NONE of the meals we had were good. The pillows in the bed had long LONG hairs all over them and there where some stains in the sheets.

The staff were very kind and friendly. They fulfilled every request I made. The level of service was really good. The staff helped me with anything I needed. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything felt very luxurious. I found local restaurants within walking distance. They had great food.

The location is a bit off road. This means transport needs arranging further in advance.

the food impressed me greatly. each dish i tried showcased really good flavor and presentation. the team was dedicated. they ensured every aspect met or exceeded my expectations. i felt genuinely cared for and valued .

i had some inconvenience. the room lacked a full-length mirror. i think this could be easily addressed to improve guest convenience.

The room i stayed in was quite disappointing for what i paid. the towels were not clean. They looked almost grey instead of white. it was like i wasted a couple days of my holiday.
