poor noise insulation loud guests

the air conditioning worked fine. it kept the room comfortable .

the noise insulation was bad. i heard cars all night even though my room wasn't on the main road.. also, chatter from the bar bothered me. other guests were loud in the corridors at odd hours.

calm stay

amazing staff excellent location spacious room

the location was excellent it was accessible to many things. the staff was amazing especially with their personal service. the room had plenty of space for my family

noise insulation of the rooms is bad even though we were not along the main road. one could clearly hear lots of cars passing during the night. other guests made lots of noise in the corridors late in the evening.

convenient location great selection friendly staff uncomfortable pillows broken elevator third floor

The location was very convenient. It was just a quick walk to many historic sites and dining (I was glad to explore local cuisine). The breakfast had a great selection. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were uncomfortable. There were not enough pillows in the room either (we asked for some extra). I found the elevator out of service. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the third floor.

convenient location helpful staff castle view

The location is close to the town center and the train station. Staff members were friendly and helpful. My room, a Beautiful Twin Room, was nice and neat and had an excellent view of Neuschwanstein Castle (a lovely sight!).

The window curtains did not block out the sun very well.
