cold air conditioningrushed room cleaning
I found some issues . the air conditioning unit was directed at the bed. i felt quite cold overnight despite attempts to adjust the temperature settings. furthermore, the room cleaning service was not up to par. it seemed rushed, the conditioner was not replenished, and hand tissues were missing. i also think the staff could focus more on customer service. I felt uneasy with the lack of engagement from the staff.

The hotel offers a clean environment, complemented by a lively location and good value. Hridoy kept everything super clean. This made things perfect.

separate spaceking roomlarge windows
my room had great space. the king room included separate areas for clothes and luggage, so my belongings were nicely organized. large windows showed good city views. i found an iron and ironing board, helpful .
the pool's water temperature felt rather cool.

the staff was very friendly. bathroom amenities were so generous. i liked city views i saw from my room. reception staff was helpful and quick. i appreciated how close to city center it was by walking.
the air conditioning pointed straight at the bed, making it bit chilly during night.

The breakfast area occupied nearly an entire floor. It featured lots of options. there are fast elevators for quick transport within the building. a metro station and city center mall are nearby.

unfriendly staffdull room
the room i had wasn't great. it was pretty dull and dark, even after i opened the curtains. there seemed to be something blocking the window from the outside, so i couldn't see anything at all. also, the staff weren't very friendly. from the front door to the restaurant, only two staff members in the restaurant smiled. this was a frustrating experience.
