helpful staff excellent dinner great breakfast

the staff was helpful. the dinner and breakfast selections were both excellent. i have stayed in many hotels around munich, and this experience was one of the best. i will definitely choose this hotel again.

I noticed the room lacked air conditioning. This made it quite warm, impacting sleep quality.

the breakfast had various options I liked. ALL personnel were nice. the ample window room was full of light. It was good to start the new day.

there was no AC in the room SO it was pretty hot.

the hotel offered a free shuttle to a concert that i attended i walked back and it was only 30 minutes i found many great spots to sit and have a drink the breakfast was delicious too

the room's heating was difficult to adjust properly
