charmed by the service and space!!!

i was charmed by the beautiful lush garden at the entrance. it made me forget i was in a city. the rooms were HUGE and really nice. the option for charging my EV on site overnight was a HUGE plus!
The wifi did not work. I reported it at reception, but it wasn't fixed .

the hotel has a great location near the woods, and it is also close to the palace. i found it was within walking distance of the city center. i liked the short stroll to the palace!!!

a magnificent stay

i found the location convenient, especially its proximity to the beautiful palace. the spacious rooms offered a relaxed atmosphere. i liked the comfortable beds (they were heavenly!). public transportation access made exploring the area easy.
the front desk manager was not sensitive to concerns, she had an unhelpful attitude during checkout. i found this interaction quite disappointing, especially given the overall quality of my stay.

the room was quite spacious and well-designed, equipped with a coffee maker and electric kettle.. the extra comfort huge bed ensured a restful night. i also found parking easy and convenient. the breakfast offered a good variety of foods.
i noticed a faint smell of cigarettes in some areas, it was a minor issue though.
