Access to the Balnéo area is limited to adults over the age of 15. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool designated for children.

Ribeauvillé does not have its own train station. The nearest stations are located in Colmar or Sélestat. A taxi is recommended for convenience, and there is also a bus service (line 106) from Colmar.
