a charming experience!

cheese variety friendly staff beautiful decoration original lift

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of cheeses. there were charcuterie and fruit options. i saw delicious pastries and a hot selection with eggs. the original lift charmed me! the staff were so friendly and helpful. Their smiles brightened every day.

the shower was a little tiny. i bumped myself a couple of times. it was slightly smaller than i expected from the photos.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station. nearby, i discovered convenient access to metro lines. this offered simple travel around the city.

the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of pastries and fresh fruit. i noticed several coffee shops nearby with aromatic brews. i found good places for breakfast outside the hotel too.

Really good Stay Experience

immaculate lobby renovated room friendly staff

The lobby and room were immaculate. It looked newly renovated in 2021. The hotel is close to the train station. The staff was friendly and very competent.

The coffee station was absent from the room. I had to pay extra for coffee when requested. This was quite inconvenient for me.

Fantastic Stay!

high ceilings king-size bed entertainment options blackout curtains

Our room was on the second floor with very high ceilings. We enjoyed a comfortable king-size bed. It was great to easily connect to Netflix and Prime (the entertainment options were extensive!). The blackout curtains worked perfectly, blocking out all light.

The shower was surprisingly small. I bumped myself a couple of times in it.

Breakfast cost an extra 15 euros, but I felt it was worth it. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us a map and route suggestions for seeing things. I left my luggage and later spent time in the lobby (the staff was very accommodating!).

i found the location great it was close to the train station and main strip. the room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable it had all i wanted

excellent stay with small shower issue

excellent staff early check-in free water

the staff were excellent i arrived early from my cruise. they stored my luggage for me and prioritized my room cleaning for an earlier check-in. the counter staff spoke great english and so did the breakfast people. i also received free water bottles every day which i appreciated.

the shower was tiny it was so small i hit myself a few times. my husband could not fit in it altogether. it was nothing like the bathroom pictures online.

the staff provided excellent assistance with luggage storage and prioritized early check-in. the multilingual staff offered help and the daily provision of complimentary water bottles was a welcome touch.

expensive garage parking advertisement

i WAS disappointed by the parking situation. The hotel advertised parking, but it was actually a separate garage. it also cost €30 per day , which i found quite expensive.
