cold staff monotonous options

The breakfast disappointed ME. it lacked variety, and the options felt quite monotonous each morning. i also found the staff interactions COLD. there seemed to be a general lack of warmth, which did affect my overall experience. there was a specific issue with the room i received. It didn't match my requests.
