The location worked well due to its proximity to the train station. It was easy to access nearby restaurants and shops. The receptionists were helpful. They provided necessary information when needed.
The gym had limited equipment and lacked cleaning supplies.

the staff at reception were very helpful and kind. the room was clean. there was a wardrobe big enough for clothes and other things.
the photos made the rooms seem more updated than they really are. the rooms are poorly lit. most of the furnishings are very outdated.

the hotel had a really good location. it was near the train station and a high street with restaurants are there. the bathroom size were good. i did found the staff helpful when i ask them at reception.
the chair in my room have a tear and was also dirty. the atmosphere was dark i think. the towels feels scratchy and thin, i didn't like that.
