solid stay near madrid
complimentary waterhelpful advicebad impression
i enjoyed the complimentary water and apple available at reception. the spacious room included grooming kits in the bathrooms. i got helpful advice about navigating the city from the receptionist working afternoons.
there are doors closed at night, so i had to knock to get in after midnight. i had to wait 15 minutes outside in the cold. the check-in girl did not smile. it was not a good first impression.

the room had a desk, trash can, and television. bathrooms were very spacious and clean. the breakfast was satisfactory and had good facilities, so i had everything i needed for my visit.

staff provided top notch room service. they were friendly and helpful. there were many food options nearby. a supermarket is also close. the front desk staff was pleasant to me.
